Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se na základě získaných a prostudovaných dobových dokumentů zabývá historií mládežnického fotbalu v Liberci, přednostně pak vývojem mládeže Slovanu Liberec. Informuje o sportovním a organizačním vývoji tohoto klubu od jeho založení. Hlavní část práce je rozdělena do pěti časových etap, které mapují vývoj libereckého mládežnického fotbalu od prvních dochovaných začátků až po současnou Fotbalovou akademii Slovanu. Jednotlivé etapy jsou časově rozdělené tak, že jejich začátek a konec je ohraničen významným milníkem či úspěchem liberecké mládežnické kopané. Postupný vývoj mládežnického fotbalu, který je zachycen v těchto pěti etapách ukazuje, jak velký pokrok se v Liberci s mládeží udál. Jedná se spíše o pokrok organizační, poněvadž po sportovní stránce mládežnické týmy dosahovaly značných úspěchů i v porovnání v celorepublikovém měřítku od samých počátků, o čemž svědčí první a třetí etapa. Vzhledem k řešené problematice je za největší přínos této práce možné považovat získání informací o historii a vývoji mládežnického fotbalu v Liberci v určitém časovém období.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is based on a study of historical documents that deals with the history of youth football in Liberec, mostly within the youth development of Slovan Liberec. Containing sports and organizational development of the club since its establishment. The main part is divided into five stages, mapping the development of Liberec youth football from its early beginnings to the present day youth academy Slovan. The individual stages are periodically divided by their start and end which is bordered by a significant milestone and achievements Liberec youth football has had. The gradual development of youth football, which is captured in the following five stages, show how much progress has been made in Liberec youth football. It is rather an organizational progress, because after the youth sports teams which have had considerable success even in comparison to the national scale from the very beginning, which is seen in the first and third stages. Given the problem that is solved from this work which can be recommended as a possibility of obtaining information on the history and development of the youth football in Liberec in a certain time period.
