Methodical material for breastroke swimming trainning aplicable not only in elite sport

Abstract:

Cílem práce je na základě obsahové analýzy dostupných zdrojů připravit metodický materiál pro trenéry vrcholových sportovců i učitele plavání se zaměřením na plavecký způsob prsa. K natočení videí, která tvoří základ práce, byla využita vysokorychlostní kamera, která umožnuje záznam pohybu ve vodním prostředí. Pro tvorbu metodického materiálu byl využit software, který umožnil podle potřeby na videích pracovat (chybné provedení, optimální provedení, komentáře apod.). Na námi vytvořených webových stránkách je v záložkách možné vybrat následující kategorie: nohy, paže, souhra způsobu, obrátka, výjezd z pod vody, silová cvičení a specifická cvičení. Veškerý materiál byl natočen na strahovském plaveckém bazéně v Praze. Práce je učena nejen trenérům vrcholových plavců a učitelům plavání, ale i samotným plavcům, kteří se mohou prací inspirovat v praxi.

Abstract:

The main goal of the work is based on the content analysis of availible resources to prepare methological material for coaches of the athletes and swimming teachers with a focus on swim breastroke. A high-speed camera was used to recorded the videos that form the basis of the work, which enables the recording of movement in the aquatic environment. Software was used to create methodological material, which made it possible to work on videos as needed (incorrect design, optimal design, comments, etc.). On the website created by us, it is possible to select the following categories in the tabs: kick, pull, stroke, turn, underwater push, strenght drills and specific drills. All material was filmed at the Strahov swimming pool in Prague. The work is determinated not only to coaches of to swimmer and swimming teachers, but also to swimmers themselve, who can be inspired by the work in practice.
