Abstract:

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce jsou nástroje motivace a stimulace ve vybraném podniku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoreticko-metodologická. Zde jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy pro lepší pochopení bakalářské práce. Zaměřuji se na definice motivace, motivu, stimulace, stimulu, dále pak rozvádím zdroje motivace, proces motivace, pracovní motivaci, teorie motivace, motivaci a peníze, motivaci a vzdělání, odměňování zaměstnanců, stimulaci k práci a pozitivní a negativní zpětnou vazbu. Projevují se zde názory různých autorů, protože čerpám z mnoha zdrojů. Druhá část je aplikační, která je zaměřena na firmu Telčská strojírenská, a. s. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření vyhodnocuji výpovědi zaměstnanců u této společnosti a porovnávám s předem stanovenými předpoklady. V poslední části mé práce uvádím návrhy opatření, které mohou vést k nápravě či změnám ve společnosti a závěr plynoucí z aplikační části.

Abstract:

The main topic of my bachelor thesis are instruments of motivation and stimulation in the selected company. The main work is divided into two parts. First is teoretical-methodological. In the first part there are explained basic concepts for better understanding of my thesis. The focus of my work is the definition of motivation, motive, stimulation, stimulus, then divorce source of motivation, the process of motivation, motivation, motivation theory, motivation and money, motivation and education, the staff, the incentives to work, and positive and negative feedback. In my thesis there are opinion exhibits of different authors, because I draw from many sources. The second part of my work is application part, which is focused on company Telčská strojírenská copr. By using surveys I evaluate employee’s answers of the company, and compare with predetermined conditions. In the last part of my thesis I present draft measures that may lead to correct or change in the company and conclusion that outcomes from application part.
