Cílem diplomové práce „Zaměstnávání osob po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody“ je zkoumat, jaké jsou možnosti uplatnění této skupiny osob na pracovním trhu. Práce se také zabývá procesy, které utváří pracovní návyky odsouzených osob při pobytu ve vězení, možnosti jejich uplatnění, rekvalifikací, vzdělávání. The aim of the diploma thesis "Employment of Persons after Release from Imprisonment" is to investigate what are the employment possibilities of this group of people within the labor market.
