Evaluation of the company with the method free cash flow

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá oceňování podniku pomocí vybrané výnosové metody, metody volných peněžních toků. Jejím cílem je stanovit tržní hodnotu společnosti Siemens VDO Automotive s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody a postupy, které je možno při ocenění podniku použít. V praktické části jsou provedeny nezbytné analýzy, sloužící jako podklad při stanovení hodnoty společnosti a vlastní ocenění společnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma study is about company´s financial evaluation, method of free cash flow was used by autor. The aim of study is market value rating of the company Siemens VDO Automotive s.r.o. The theoretical part of the study describes methods and procedures which coult be used for the company´s evaluation. All necessary methods leading to rating the Siemens VDO´s market value have been carried out in the practical part of the work. The results of these analyse make up an important dokument for the potential investors aiming financially participace on this company.
