Efficiency evaluation of the company's purchasing process

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických poznatků zhodnotit nákupní proces podniku a jeho klíčových komodit a navrhnout možná zlepšení. Kapitoly teoretické části vymezují základní funkce nákupu, strategické zařazení v podniku a fáze nákupního procesu. Praktická část obsahuje detailní popis interních směrnic objednávání a nákupu, které slouží společně s teoretickou částí jako podklad pro zpracování analýzy nákupního procesu vybraných komodit. Analýza nákupu identifikovala jisté nedostatky nákupního procesu, na které byly vypracovány opatření ke zmírnění či odstranění těchto neefektivních postupů. Využitím těchto opatření podnik ušetří především časové náklady, které vytvářejí prodlevy ve zpracování dalších fází nákupního procesu a vytvoří tak plynulejší návaznost mezi fázemi nákupu.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the purchasing process of the company and its key commodities and to propose possible improvements based on theoretical knowledge. The chapters of the theoretical part define the basic functions of purchasing, the strategic placement in the company and the phases of the purchasing process. The practical part contains a detailed description of internal ordering and purchasing guidelines, which together with the theoretical part serve as a basis for the analysis of the purchasing process of selected commodities. The purchasing analysis identified certain shortcomings of the purchasing process, on which measures were developed to mitigate or eliminate inefficient procedures. By using these measures, the company will save mainly time costs that create delays in the processing of the other phases of the purchasing process, and thus create a smoother continuity between the phases of purchasing.
