Proposed Planning Documentation for a Selected Company in Relation to Emergency and Security Planning \nl{}

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této práce bylo naplnění vybraných částí dle zákona 256/2006 Sb. ve vztahu k bezpečnostnímu a havarijnímu plánování pro vybranou společnost. V teoretické části byla charakterizována problematika týkající se zákonů, norem, předpisů a pojmů, které se vztahují k bezpečnostnímu a havarijnímu plánování. Byla objasněna problematika tvorby bezpečnostních a havarijních plánů, popsány metody identifikující potencionální rizika ve společnosti, popsány SW programy analyzující dopady havárií. Závěr teoretické části byl věnován problematice bezpečnosti a ochraně technických a technologických zařízení. V praktické části byl vytvořen bezpečnostní plán ve společnosti Remak a.s. Dále byla v programu TerEx a ALOHA namodelována situace při úniku propan-butanu, přičemž tyto programy byly následně porovnány. V neposlední řadě byly v práci určeny slabé a silné stránky hodnocení rizik, které společnost Remak a.s. využívá.

Abstract:

The main aim of this work was the fulfillment of selected parts according to Act 256/2006 Sb. in relation to the safety and emergency planning for selected company. The theoretical part describes problematic issues related to laws, standards, regulations, and terms that relate to safety and hazard planning. The issue of the creation of safety and hazard plans was clarified, the methods of identifying potential risks were described as well as programs used for analysis of hazard situations. The end of theoretical part was dedicated to description of safety and protection of industrial and technological equipment. In the practical part security plan in Remak a.s. was created. Programs TerEx and ALOHA were used to model a situation leak of propane-butane, and the results from both programs were compared. Last but not least, the work identified strengths and weaknesses of risk assessment which company Remak a.s. uses.
