Živnostenské oprávnění je jedním z kllíčových institutů živnostenského práva. Diplomová práce se v úvodní pasáži zabývá historickým vývojem živnostenského podnikání na našem území. The thesis focuses on the legal institute of trade licence. It tries to analyze and explain the basic institutes of trade law and also other concepts and connections in this area of law. The thesis deals with the historical evolution of trade law, with the emphasis placed on the period of the last 16 years.
