Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit dva programy, jeden pro výpočet na CPU, druhý, paralelizovaný, pro výpočet na GPU, implementující efektivní algoritmus výpočtu objemu a obsahu molekulárního solvent-excluded (SES) povrchu. The goal of this thesis is to create two programs, one for calculation on CPU, the other for calculation on GPU, which implement an effective algorithm for the calculation of the volume and surface area of the solvent-excluded (SES) molecular surface.
