Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje zpracování podnikatelského záměru na založení kavárny. V teoretické části byly popsány základní legislativní požadavky spojené s provozováním kavárny a obecná struktura podnikatelského plánu. V analytické části byla vypracována analýza mikroprostředí a makroprostředí. Součástí analytické části je také dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjištění zákaznických preferencí. …more

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a café. The theoretical part describes the basic legislative requirements associated with the operation of the café and the general structure of the business plan.
