Foundation of an enterprise in the building sector. On the example of the company Stykr s.r.o.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of establishment of the Trading Company in the building industry and its further development, which is necessary for the following success in today´s turbulent market. The content of this thesis is dedicated not only to the formal necessary aspects of the founding, but also to strategic issues, as are corporate strategy and marketing. Part of this work is being specialized in further development of the company, and focusing mainly onto the penetration onto the Austrian market. The main aim of this work is to familiarize with the following steps, which are necessary for the establishment of a new thriving business and to contribute to business consulting.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem založení obchodní společnosti ve stavebnictví a jejím dalším rozvojem, nezbytným pro úspěch na dnešním turbulentním trhu. Obsah práce je věnován nejen nutným formálním aspektům založení, ale i strategickým otázkám, jako je podniková strategie a marketing. Část práce, zabývající se dalším rozvojem společnosti, je zaměřena především na proniknutí na rakouský trh. Cílem práce je seznámit s kroky, které je nezbytné učinit pro založení nové prosperující firmy a tím přispět k podnikatelskému poradenství.
