Abstract:
Provedená kvantitativní studie se zaměřuje na zjištění kvality prožitku flow českých zaměstnanců a jeho souvislostí s dalšími proměnnými. Výzkum se zaměřil na Specialisty v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit kvalitu prožitku flow u těchto pracovníků a popsat, zda dosažení flow souvisí s úrovní výkonové motivace pracovníka. Celkem se výzkumu zúčastnilo 69 respondentů …more
