Fines for traffic offences - comparison of the Czech Republic and selected European countries
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje vybraným pokutám za dopravní přestupky v České republice, které blíže popisuje. Následně je komparuje s obdobnými pokutami ve dvou evropských státech - Německu a Rakousku. Zhodnocuje dopad těchto pokut na průměrné občany daných zemích, kdy u pokut v Rakousku a Německu navíc přidává informaci, jaký zásah by tyto pokuty měly na průměrného Čecha.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on selected fines for traffic offences in the Czech Republic and describes them in more detail. It then compares them with similar fines in two European countries - Germany and Austria. It evaluates the impact of these fines on the average citizens of the countries, and for the fines in Austria and Germany, it adds information on the impact these fines would have on the average Czech …more
