Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku oxidačního stresu, která je velice zkoumaným tématem. Práce obsahuje přehled volných radikálů a antioxidantů, jejich charakteristiku, rozdělení a specifické funkce v organismu člověka. Dopad oxidačního stresu je spjat s poškozením buněčných struktur. The bachelor thesis focuses on the characterization of oxidative stress, which is a very studied topic. The work also contains an overview of free radicals and antioxidants, their characteristics, their distribution and specific functions in human body.
