Abstract:
V rámci vztahu práva EU a sportu se práce věnuje vlivu, který má evropská integrace na sportovní průmysl při zohlednění tzv. specifičnosti sportu. V práci je nejprve shrnuta a zanalyzována dosavadní judikatura Soudního dvora vztahující se k migraci osob. Within the framework of relationship between sport and EU law this thesis deals with the impact of European integration on sports industry taking account of the specificity of sport. The Court of Justice of the EU´s case-law background related to free movement of persons is summarized and analyzed at first.
