Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Implementace legislativních dokumentů do života mateřské školy, se zabývá problematikou zavádění zákonů, nařízení a vyhlášek týkajících se předškolního vzdělávání, povinného vzdělání pedagogů mateřských škol, vedení mateřské školy, hodnocení škol,školního stravování a dalších nařízení vlády týkající se chodu mateřské školy běžného typu podle platné legislativy České republiky. Teoretická část popisuje oblasti života mateřské školy. Problematiku pedagogických pracovníků, provoz mateřské školy a přijímání dětí do předškolního vzdělávání. Předškolní vzdělávání a opatření, která s ním souvisí, jako jsou hygienické požadavky,bezpečnost a ochrana dětí a stravování dětí.. Vše se opírá o platné legislativní dokumenty. Ke sporným zákonům jsou vepsány stanoviska ministerstva školství mládeže a tělovýchovy. Praktická část se zaměřuje na seznamování se s platnou legislativou v mateřských školách, informovanost ředitelek mateřských škol a proškolování vedoucích pracovnic a učitelek s platnou legislativou týkající se problematiky mateřské školy. Průzkumná sonda byla provedena v mateřských školách běžného typu. První dotazník byl určen ředitelkám mateřských škol a zjišťoval stav proškolování učitelek ze strany ředitele mateřské školy s platnou legislativou týkající se oblastí života mateřské školy. Druhý dotazník byl určen učitelkám mateřských škol a zaměřoval se na seznamování učitelek o platných zákonech a vyhláškách týkajících se života mateřské školy ze strany ředitelů či ředitelek mateřských škol. Výsledky praktické části ukazují účinnost proškolování učitelek v mateřské škole a schopnost předávání důležitých informací ředitelkami mateřských škol svým zaměstnancům.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis entitled Implementation of legislative documents into the life of kindergarten, deals with the implementation of laws, regulations and decrees relating to pre-school education, compulsory education of teachers, nursery school management, evaluation of schools, school meals and other government regulations on the operation of regular kindergarten according to the legislation in force of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the kindergarten´s field of activity. The issue of teaching staff, operations and intake of children to preschool education. Pre-school education and the measures associated with it, such as hygiene requirements, safety and protection of children and childrens´ diets. Everything is based on the legal documents in effect. There are inscribed opinions on controversial laws by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The practical part focuses on familiarizing with the legislation in force, awareness of head teachers and training of officers and teachers with effective legislation concerning the issue of kindergarten. Exploratory probe was carried out in regular kindergartens. The first questionnaire was designed for head teachers and examined the state of training of teachers by the school head teacher with the applicable legislation relating to the field of activity of nursery schools. The second questionnaire was designed for teachers and focused on familiarizing teachers with the law in force and regulations of nursery school from the point of head teachers. The results show the effectiveness of the practical training of teachers and the ability to present important information to employees by their head teachers.
