Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na architektonický a stavebně technický návrh polyfunkční administrativní budovy s kavárnou a prodejnou automobilů v přízemí objektu a se zelenou střechou přístupnou zaměstnancům. Práce se dělí na textovou část a samotnou část projektové dokumentace. Teoreticko-metodologická celek textové části popisuje konstrukční části spjaté s tímto projektem a uvádí technické požadavky na administrativní budovy. Aplikační část je zaměřena na popis navrhnuté stavby. Popis se týká urbanistického, architektonického a dispozičního řešení stavby. Základní informace jsou rozšířeny o data týkající se zastavěné plochy a obestavěného prostoru. Projektová část je vyhotovena v rozsahu pro stavební povolení a řídí se příslušnou Vyhláškou č.499/2006. Obsahuje architektonickou a stavebně technickou část. V této části jsou obsaženy technické zprávy, které popisují jednotlivé prvky stavby např. nosné svislé konstrukce, stropní konstrukce, podlahy a další. Zahrnuje výkresy půdorysů jednotlivých podlaží, pohledy na fasády stavby, příčný a podélný řez.

Abstract:

This bachelor work focuses on the architectural and engineering design multifunctional office building with a cafe and auto stores on the ground floor and a green roof accessible to employees. The work is divided into the text part and the actual part of the project documentation. Theoretical and methodological part of the text describes the components associated with the project and provides the technical requirements for office buildings. The application part is focused on the description of the construction project planning. Description refers to urban, architectural and layout of the building. Fundamental information is disseminated on data relating to the built-up area and enclosed space. Project part is executed in the scope of the building permit and shall be governed by appropriate regulation No.499/2006. It includes architectural and engineering part. This section contains technical reports that describe the various elements of the building such as the vertical load-bearing structure, structure ceiling, floors and more. Includes drawings of the floor plans of the floors, views of building facades, transverse and longitudinal section.
