Hermit Motives and Images in Czech Visual and Literary Culture since 17th to 19th Centuries

Abstract:

Tato práce bude věnována historii poustevnictví a motivu poustevníka v literatuře 17.-19. století. První část se věnuje vzniku poustevnictví, jeho vývoji a hlavním představitelům. Druhá je zaměřena především na motivy spjaté s postavou a životem poustevníka ve vybraných dílech baroka a romantismu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on History of Eremitism and Hermit Motive in Czech Literature in the 17.-19. centuries. First part of this thesis is focused on the History of Eremitism, his genesis and main representatives. Second part of this thesis is first of all focused on motive of Eremitism and Hermit´s living in choosen literature of baroque and romanticism.
