Trends in restructuring the financial markets due to financial and economic crisis 2008-2009

Abstract:

The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the financial markets theory in the current economy. We can acquaint ourselves with the financial markets categories, structure, functions financial markets, most important tools, institutions, characteristics of particular FM segments and theory of financial crises. In the second part, I focused on major effects that had affected the financial markets movement resulting in changes that occurred in the financial sector. The final section of this chapter is describedpart deals with the time sequence of the financial and economic crisis..The third part of the thesis, I focused on the proposals, measures to address the funding entities of the financial markets and the changes that were made to avert a financial and economic crisis.

Abstract:

Prvá časť tejto diplomovej práce práce je venovaná teórií finančných trhov v súčasnej ekonomike. Možno sa tu oboznámiť s kategóriou finančného trhu, jeho členením, funkciami finančných trhov, najdôležitejšími nástrojmi, inštitúciami, charakteristikou jednotlivých segmentov, teóriou finančných kríz. V druhej časti som sa zameral na najdôležitejšie vplyvy, ktoré ovplyvnili smerovanie finančných trhov čoho výsledkom boli nevyhnutné zmeny, ktoré bolo potrebné vykonať vo finančnom sektore. Záverečná časť tejto kapitoly je opísaná samotná časová línia priebehu finančnej a hospodárskej krízy. V tretej časti diplomovej práce som sa zameral na návrhy, opatrenia, riešenia finančných subjektov finančných trhov a zmeny ktoré sa vykonali na odvrátenie finančnej a hospodárskej krízy.
