Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat postavení odborové organizace v pracovněprávních vztazích. Jedná se o sdružení zaměstnanců založené s cílem prosazovat jejich pracovní, hospodářské, politické, sociální a jiné zájmy. Odbory jsou významným nástrojem nátlaku na zaměstnavatele. This work aims to describe the position of trade unions in industrial relations. It is an association of employees based in order to promote their business, economic, political, social and other interests. Trade unions are an important tool for pressure on the employer.
