Structuring of As-S chalcogenide glass thin films by lithography techniques
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem fyzikálně ? chemických vlastností a možností strukturování povrchu tenkých vrstev chalkogenidového skla o složení As35S65 . Studovány byly optické vlastnosti, chemická odolnost, struktura tenkých vrstev a jejich termo- a fotoindukované změny. Ke studiu strukturování povrchu bylo použito optické a elektronové litografie.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with a study of physical and chemical properties and structuring possibilities of As35S65 thin chalcogenide films. Optical properties, chemical resistance, structure as well as their thermo- and photoinduced changes had been studied. Photolithography and electron beam lithography were used for study of structuring possibilities.
