This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the theme of the beginning teacher. The theoretical part outlines some basic terminology, describes teacher training, teaching practice and the requirements placed on future teachers, looks at teachers at the outset of their career, their adaptation in the school environment and their cooperation with their mentor as well as other colleagues.
