Abstract:

Matrika je velice důležitá a potřebná instituce pro výkon svých činností. Počátky vedení matrik se datují od konce 16. století. V první části mé bakalářské práce popisuji vznik a vývoj matrik. Dále zde charakterizuji činnosti, které matrika vykonává. Těmito činnostmi jsou především vedení matričních knih narození, manželství, registrovaného partnerství či úmrtí, vydávání matričních dokladů, jejich opisů a doslovných výpisů, změna jména a příjmení. Dále zde přibližuji agendu zvláštní matriky a matriky registrovaného partnerství. Cílem této práce je snaha o prokázání a přiblížení potřebnosti a významnosti matriky, matričních knih a sbírek listin a přiblížit agendu, kterou matrika vykonává, s pomocí vlastních zkušeností a názorů.

Abstract:

The registry office is a very important and needed institution because of the services it provides. The beginnings of the maintenance of registers date back to the end of the 16th century. The first part of my bachelor´s thesis describes the origins and development of registry offices. I then characterize the services that the registry office provides. These services are particularly the maintenance of registers and collections of birth, marriage, registered partnership and death documents, the issuing of registry documents, their copies and verbatim extacts, and changes of first and last names. Furthermore, I describe the work of a special registry and registered partnership registers. I also apply knowledge and experience acquired from my work in this thesis. The objective of this thesis is to prove and describe the need and importance of registry offices, registers and collections of documents and to describe the work that the registry office does. I also use my own experience and opinions to accomplish this objective.
