Cílem této diplomové práce bylo obsáhnout problematiku zvláštních pracovních podmínek některých skupin zaměstnanců, tedy zaměstnanců se zdravotním postižením, zaměstnanců mladistvých a zaměstnankyň těhotných a matek, kterým byla věnována největší pozornost. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma paper was to cover the issue of special working conditions of certain employee groups, i.e. employees with disabilities, juvenescent employees and pregnant employees and mothers, who have been given the greatest attention.
