Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá detekcí fimbriálního antigenu F4 Escherichia coli u selat po odstavu, která byla krmena oxidem zinečnatým (ZnO) nebo nanočásticemi zinku (ZnNPs). Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the detection of Escherichia coli F4 fimbrial antigen in weaned piglets fed with zinc oxide (ZnO) or zinc nanoparticles (ZnNP). The theoretical part generally discusses pathogenicity and virulence factors, whereas is more focused on the F4 fimbrial antigen. Then, pathogenic bacteria Escherichia coli are mentioned.
