Abstract:

The submitted bachelor’s thesis deals with internal financial control in a selected company. It’s aim is from the theoretical point of view to introduce the basics of financial control and at the same time also to bring closer some of it’s main aspects. In the second part, the thesis concentrates on the process of internal financial control and the definition of financial indicators, whitch are possible to use as a means of control. The use of theoretical knowledge is applicated in the third part of the thesis which aims to demonstrate the real use of financial control in the praxis. There is an introduction of the company within this part and after the description of internal control in a company in her real form. As follows is realized the control of fulfil the key financial indicators for financial management. The last, fourth part of the thesis, deals with the analysis of process and results of internal financial control. We try to find the weakness and formulate some recommendations to remove them.

Abstract:

Predkladaná bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vnútropodnikovou finančnou kontrolou vo vybranom podniku.Cieľom teoretickej časti práce je predstaviť podstatu finančnej kontroly a zároveň priblížiť niektoré jej hlavné aspekty.Vo svojej druhej časti sa práca zameriava na teoretické vymedzenie procesu vnútropodnikovej finančnej kontroly a na definovanie vybraných ukazovateľov, ktoré je možné využiť ako nástroj kontrolného procesu. Využitie teoretických znalostí je následne aplikované v tretej časti práce, ktorej cieľom je ukázať reálne využitie finančnej kontroly v praxi. V rámci nej je v úvode predstavená spoločnosť a priebeh kontrolného procesu tak, ako je skutočne realizovaný. Následne je uskutočnená kontrola naplnenia ukazovateľov, ktorých vyhodnocovanie si organizácia vytýčila ako kľúčové pre potreby finančného riadenia podniku. V poslednej časti práce sa zaoberáme analýzou priebehu vnútropodnikovej finančnej kontroly a jej výsledkov. Pokúšame sa nájsť slabé miesta a formulovať odporúčania na ich elimináciu.
