Bakalárska práca s názvom Vlastnícke právo a jeho ochrana sa sústreďuje na dva základné pojmy: na vlastnícke právo ako najzákladnejšie subjektívne právo a jeho ochranu. Jej teoretickú časť tvoria tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku vlastníckeho práva, jeho obmedzenia, nadobúdanie a zánik.
