Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na objasnění pojmu bankovní marketing jakožto specifickou oblast marketingu služeb. Povaha bankovních produktů a služeb a jejich odlišnost od klasických spotřebních statků a služeb zakládá hlavní odlišnost také v oblasti marketingu. The bachelor thesis is focused on clarify the concept of bank marketing as a specific are of marketing services. The nature of bank products and services and their difference from conventional consumer goods and services constitutes a main difference in marketing.
