Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku podvodu v pojišťovnictví. Nejprve vymezuje pojmy jako pojišťovnictví, podvod a pojistný podvod, na který nahlédne nejen jako na trestný čin, ale i jako na společenský jev se závažným dopadem provázející doménu pojišťovnictví prakticky od jejích počátků. This bachelor's thesis is concerned with insurance fraud in insurance market. First we define terms of insurance industry, fraud and insurance fraud, which we shall treat not only as a crime, but also as a social phenomenon of serious impact that drags around insurance industry till its beginning.
