Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling pracovního kapitálu. V teoretické části je popsán pojem controlling a jeho dělení dle odborné literatury. Dále je v teoretické části popsán čistý pracovní kapitál a nástroje používané při řízení pracovního kapitálu.
