Autor: Květoslava Kotačková Název: Dopady insolventního řízení na daňovou exekuci Podstatou práce je ukázat, že daňová exekuce, jako jedna z možných exekucí v rámci České republiky úzce souvisí s insolvenčním řízením. V této práci se snažím nastínit, že v praxi finančních úřadů je nutné věnovat insolvenčnímu řízení větší pozornost než by se mohlo na první pohled zdát a že nová právní úprava na poli insolvence bude dohledné době vyžadovat i nový přístup v zažité praxi finančních úřadů.

Autor: Author: Kvetoslava Kotackova Title: Effects of the insolvent proceedings on tax execution The essence of the work is to show that the tax execution, as one of the possible executions in the Czech Republic is closely related to the insolvency proceedings. In this work I try to outline that, in practice, by the tax authorities should be given to insolvency proceedings more attention than it might at first glance and new legislation in the field of insolvency will require a new approach in the rooted practice of financial authorities in the foreseeable future.
