Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje pracovní motivaci a angažovanosti pracovníků charit. Teoretická část je zaměřená na definici a pojem motivace. Dále pracovní angažovanost a popis činností a struktura charity ČR. Praktická část je věnována vyhodnocení kvantitativního výzkumu formou dvou částí dotazníku.
