Pythagoras' and Plato's concept of soul
Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je vyložit nauku o duši u dvou velice významných filosofických osobností doby antické a to Pýthagory ze Samu a Platóna. Postupně budou představeny jejich koncepce duše a porovnány mezi sebou s cílem zjistit, jaký vliv měl Pýthagorás při formování Platónovy nauky.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with an interpretation of teaching about soul according to two very important philosophical figures of the ancient times, namely Pythagoras of Samos and Plato. Their concepts of soul will be gradually introduced and then both compared to each other in order to find out, what influence did Pythagoras have on formation of Plato's teaching.
