Inventory management at company XY
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena teorii z oblasti řízení zásob, logistického controllingu a skladování. V praktické části autor analyzuje zásobování firmy XY a jejích klientů v rámci Evropy. Práce řeší efektivitu stávajícího nastavení a realizuje srovnání současného řešení s unifikovaným evropským řešením pomocí centrálního skladu.
Abstract:
The Thesis focuses on a stock management, logistics controlling and warehouses theories. In practical part, the author analyses supplying of company XY and it's clients within Europe. The Thesis analyses effectiveness of current set up and realises comparison of current solution against unified european, central-warehouse-based solution.
