Abstract:

Dáta, s ktorými sa v dnešnej dobe stretávame sú zvyčajne neštruktúrované, napr. obrázky, textové dokumenty, audio nahrávky. Pri spracovaní týchto dát je vhodné ich porovnávať na princípe podvojnej podobnosti objektov. Jeden z najčastejšie používaných analytických dopytov je qroup-by dopyt. Dnes už existuje množstvo prístupov ako vyhodnotiť tento typ dopytu aj nad neštruktúrovanými dátami. Ich výsledkom sú avšak zvyčajne iba samotné množiny dát. V našej práci sme sa preto snažili nájsť a porovnať rôzne prístupy, ktoré môžu byť použité na reprezentáciu týchto množín. Ako ďalšie sme rozšírili vybranú reprezentáciu o množinové operácie s cieľom vykonávať ďalšie analytické dopyty nad dátami.

Abstract:

The data we are dealing with today are usually unstructured, for example images, textual documents and voice recordings. In order to process such data, we often measure pairwise distance between the objects. The group-by queries are one of the fundamental and widely used analytical queries in the relational databases. Nowadays, there exist many approaches that can be used to compute the group-by queries over the unstructured data. They, however, usually return only sets of groups. Hence, we decided to propose and compare various new approaches to represent such groups. Lastly, we extended selected representation with set operations in order to enable further analytical processing of the data.
