Factors affecting the prosperity of the company
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je nalézt faktory ovlivňující prosperitu podniku, ve smyslu dlouhodobého růstu. Hlavním nástrojem je strategická analýza a s ní související metody, které jsou popsány v teoretické části práce. V praktické části jsou tyto metody využité na analýzu konkrétního podniku. Na základě této analýzy jsou zjištěny podstatné faktory pro dlouhodobý růst a doporučené návrhy řešení.
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis is to find factors affecting the prosperity of the company, within the meaning of long-term growth. The main tool is the strategic analysis and related methods, that are described in the theoretical part. These methods are utilized for the analyse of the particular company in the practical part.
