Tato práce se zabývá problematikou otužování u adolescentů. Práce předkládá teoretické poznatky o otužování a dále se věnuje různým metodám otužování a motivace u mladistvých.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of hardening in adolescents. The thesis presents theoretical knowledge about hardening and also deals with various methods of hardening and motivation in adolescents.
