Rigorózní práce se zabývá významnými nástroji urychlení civilního sporného řízení – advokátním přímusem, přípravou jednání, materiálním vedení řízení, zmeškáním strany a zákazem novot v odvolacím řízení. S ohledem na účel civilního procesu se práce vypořádává s tím, zda je rychlost řízení jeho vlastností či cílem. The thesis deals with important tools for accelerating civil contentious proceedings – obligatory representation by an attorney, preparation of a hearing, material lead of the proceedings, default of a party to the proceedings and prohibition of novelties in appeal proceedings.
