Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na management skladového prostoru v distribučním centru Březhrad v Hradci Králové ve společnosti Albert Česká republika s.r.o. V práci je analyzován současný stav distribučního centra a na základě identifikovaných slabých míst jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení tohoto stavu. Součástí práce je také zhodnocení navrhovaných opatření.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the management of warehouse space in the distribution center Březhrad in Hradec Králové at Albert Czech Republic s.r.o. The thesis analyzes the current state of the distribution center and proposes measures to improve this situation based on the identified weaknesses. The thesis also includes an evaluation of the proposed measures.
