Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá přínosy a riziky využívání supervize ve vybraných organizacích působících v sociální sféře z pohledu aktérů supervize. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza aktuálního stavu v problematice supervize, přiblížení jejího významu, poukázání na možnosti a limity v souvislosti s realizací supervize a identifikace jejích přínosů a rizik v kontextu rozvoje vybraných organizací působících ve veřejném a neziskovém sektoru. Pro účely diplomové práce byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, kdy za pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů byly zjišťovány a porovnávány výpovědi aktérů supervize působících v sociální sféře v Ústeckém kraji. Závěr práce se věnuje vyhodnocení získaných dat a odpovídá na formulované výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis deals with the benefits and risks of using supervision in selected organizations operating in the social sphere from the perspective of actors of supervision. Goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current status of supervision, approach its importance, point out the possibilities and limits in connection with the realization of supervision and identify its benefits and risks in the context of development of selected organizations operating in the public and non-profit sector. For the purposes of the diploma thesis, qualitative research was used, where with the help of semi-structured interviews the statements of supervision actors operating in the social sphere in the Ústí nad Labem Region were ascertained and compared. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the obtained data and answers the formulated research questions.
