Creating and maintaining a correct conformation of many proteins in the cell during physiological and especially under stress conditions is provided by molecular chaperons. During the process of malignant transformation, the accumulation of mutant or unstable proteins that require stabilization by chaperones occurs. Vytvoření a udržení správné konformace mnoha proteinů v buňce při fyziologických a obzvlášť při stresových podmínkách je zabezpečované molekulárními chaperony. Během procesu maligní transformace dochází k akumulaci mutovaných nebo nestabilních proteinů, které vyžadují stabilizaci pomocí chaperonů.
