Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Regionální politika a regionální rozvoj poskytuje pohled na vznik a vývoj regionální politiky od samotného počátku až po současné období. Zabývá se cílem regionální politiky v jednotlivých obdobích a etapách vývoje. Práce dále zmiňuje další druhy spolupráce probíhající na území ČR a dalších členských států. Práce dále pojednává o Iniciativách společenství a komunitárních programech. Ty jsou velmi významné při vzájemné mezinárodní spolupráci a při společném řešení problémů v oblastech společných politik. V poslední části práce je pozornost věnována regionální politice vybraného regionu a jednoho vybraného kraje. Cílem práce je zhodnotit smysl regionální politiky. Odkrýt, zda dochází ke spravedlivé alokaci prostředků z fondů EU. Na závěr názorně zobrazuje alokaci finančních prostředků na vybraném území. Cílem zobrazení finanční alokace je zjistit zda jsou finanční prostředky dostatečně a naplno využívány, jakým způsobem je možné podporu získat. V závěru práce jsou předloženy výsledky, kterých bylo dosaženo studiem dané problematiky.

Abstract:

This paper Regional Policy and Regional Development provides and show us the emergence and development of regional policies from the very beginning to the current period. Paper describe objectives of regional policy in various periods and stages of development. The work also mentions other types of cooperation in the ČR and in the other EU States. The paper also focuses on EU Initiatives and Community Programs. These are very important for mutual international cooperation. They solving problems in many areas of common policies. The last chapter focuses on concrete examples of selected region. The aim of this work is to highlight the importance of the regional policy and to evaluate the sense of regional policy. Also wants to uncover if there is a fair allocation from the EU funds. The paper clearly shows the allocation of the money from the EU funds. The main point is to find out if the financial allocation is done well determine. The paper also explain how to get the Financial support and how to get the money. At the end is a collection of all the findings and a summary of the difficulties faced while studying this issue.
