Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo popísať a analyzovať zrušenie obchodných spoločností s likvidáciou a zrušenie obchodných spoločností bez likvidácie. Práca sa skladá z piatich kapitol. Prvá kapitola rozoberá jednotlivé formy obchodných spoločností. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na všeobecnú úpravu zrušenia a zániku právnických osôb.
