Tato práce se zabývá problematikou segmentu hotelových restaurací, který se nachází na pomezí ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení. Abstract:
This thesis deals with issues of segment of hotel restaurants, which is part of the hospitality industry. Based on collected data from hotel restaurants located at municipal part of Prague 1 two linear regression models are created, focused on lunch and diner service. Data and models are further analysed and interpreted at the end of the thesis.
