The contract of the sale of the enterprise
Abstract:
Tento relativně nový typ právní smlouvy byl typově vymezen jako právní prostředek změněných společenských vztahů v souvislosti s privatizací podniku ve vlastnictví státu. Podnik je v obchodním zákoníku chápán jako předmět právního vztahu, nikoliv jako jeho subjekt.
Abstract:
This type of the contract is fairly new. It was definised like the mean of the law after the changes in the country that had been the owener of the entreprise which are now private.
