Disertační práce se zabývá vývojem středověké listinné formule označované jako arenga, exordium, captatio benevolentiae nebo také prooimion, v souvislosti s vývojem nauky o listu - ars dictaminis s přihlédnutím k ars poetriae. Poučky a typy třídění, které byly převzaty ze spisů o teorii listu, jsou konfrontovány s formulemi listin domácích vydavatelů, které byly převzaty z CDB I-VI. zpřístupněný edicí …more
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the part of medieval rhetoric called ars dictaminis and one formula of medieval charters - exordium, and applies rules of ars dictaminis and especially thesis of Konrad de Mure and Gutholf von Heiligenkreuz to Exordia in the Czech Lands up to May 1283.
