Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá urážkami Veličenstva ve druhé polovině 19. století ve vybraných oblastech monarchie. Sledovány jsou také urážky dalších členů císařské rodiny. Tyto zločiny jsou součástí trestního zákona č. 117/1852 o zločinech, přečinech a přestupcích. Na základě statistického výzkumu jsou porovnávány kategorie jako četnost, motiv, místo činu. Abstract:

The dissertation thesis deals with the offences of the Majesty in the second half of the 19th century in selected areas of the monarchy. Insults of the Members of the Emperor´s House are also monitored. These crimes are part of the Criminal Code No. 117/1852 of the Reichs Law on Crimes, Offenses and Misdemeanors.
