Tempo and rhythm in selected productions of Jan Mikulášek and Vladimír Morávek

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Tempo a rytmus ve vybraných inscenacích Jana Mikuláška a Vladimíra Morávka“ si klade za cíl nalézt na základě analýzy vybraných inscenací dvou výrazných českých režisérů inspirativní možnosti práce s temporytmem inscenace. Inscenace Jana Mikuláška i Vladimíra Morávka jsou výjimečné právě díky svému výraznému strukturování a osobité práci s hudbou. U Jana Mikuláška byly zvoleny inscenace: Evžen Oněgin (2007), Král Oidipus (2009) a Zlatá šedesátá aneb Deníky Pavla J. (2013). U Vladimíra Morávka pak inscenace: Maryša (1999), Kníže Myškin je Idiot (2004) a Amadeus (tj. Milovaný Bohem) (2014). Součástí práce jsou definice pojmů rytmus, tempo a temporytmus, které mají dopomoci proniknout hlouběji ke zkoumanému tématu, a krátké vhledy vybraných divadelních osobností na vybrané téma.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Tempo and rhythm in selected productions of Jan Mikulášek and Vladimír Morávek” aims at finding inspirational possibilities of work with tempo-rhythm of a performance on the basis of analysis of selected performances of two significant Czech directors. Performance of Jan Mikulášek and Vladimír Morávek are exceptional due to their significant structuring and original work with music. For Jan Mikulášek the following performances were selected: Evžen Oněgin (2007), Král Oidipus (2009) and Zlatá šedesátá aneb Deníky Pavla J. (2013). For Vladimír Morávek it is performances: Maryša (1995), Kníže Myškin je Idiot (2004) and Amadeus (tj. Milovaný Bohem) (2014). A part of the thesis is definition of terms rhythm, tempo and tempo-rhythms, which help to understand the given topic in a deeper level, as well as short insights of significant theatre personalities on the given topic.
