Bakalářská práce se zabývá jednotlivými druhy akcií, které upravuje české právo. První kapitola je zaměřena na úvod do právní úpravy akcií, jejich jednotlivým formám. Stěžejní část práce analyzuje jednotlivé druhy akcií (kmenové, prioritní, investiční, zakladatelské) a práva s nimi spojená, věnuje se akciím se zvláštními právy a nastiňuje některé problematické oblasti této právní úpravy. Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis deals with particular kinds of shares defined in Czech law. First chapter is focused on introduction to legislation of shares. The mainstay of the thesis analyses particular kinds of shares (ordinary and preference shares, capital and founding shares) and their related rights, deals with shares with special rights and outlines some questionable issues of this legislation.
