Abstract:

Tato práce je teoretická a je zaměřena na personální útvar a jeho úlohu a místo uvnitř organizace. První kapitola se zabývá úlohou celého personálního útvaru oproti kapitole druhé, která se zaměřuje na úlohu samotných personalistů. Popisuji zde role personalistů a činnosti, které každodenně vykonávají. Poslední třetí kapitola řeší, jaké jsou způsoby hodnocení personálního útvaru.

Abstract:

This work is theoretical and focuses on the personnel department and its role and position within the organization. The first chapter deals with the role of the entire personnel department compared to the second chapter, which focuses on the role of HR managers themselves. Here I describe the role of HR managers and activities that daily exercise. The third and last chapter addresses what are the ways of evaluating personnel department.
